寶帝氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥主要性能及測試： 氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥的性能指標(biāo)有：基本、回差、死區(qū)、始終點偏差、額定行程偏差、泄漏量、密封性、耐壓強度、外觀、額定流量系數(shù)、固有流量特性、耐振動性能、動作壽命，計13項、前9項為檢驗項目。由于調(diào)節(jié)閥的運輸、工作彈簧范圍的調(diào)整等因素，安裝前往往需要對如下性能進(jìn)行調(diào)整、檢驗： 1）基本將規(guī)定的輸入信平穩(wěn)地按增大和減小方向輸入執(zhí)行機構(gòu)氣（或定位器），測量各點所對應(yīng)的行程值，計算出實際“信－行程”關(guān)系與理論關(guān)系之間的各點。其zui大值即為基本。試驗點應(yīng)至少包括信范圍0、25％、50％、75％、100％這5個點。測量儀表基本限應(yīng)小于被試閥基本限的1/4。 2）回差試驗程序與上面第1）點所述相同。在同一輸入信上所測得的正反行程的zui大差值即為回差。 3）始終點偏差方法同第1）點。信的上限（始點）的基本即為始點偏差；信的下限（終點）的基本為終點偏差。 4）額定行程偏差將額定輸入信加入氣動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)氣（或定位器），使閥桿走*程，實際行程與額定行程之差與額定行程之比即為額定行程偏差。實際行程必須大于額定行程。 5）泄漏量試驗介質(zhì)為10～50℃的清潔氣體（空氣和氮氣）或液體（水或煤油）；試驗壓力A程序為：當(dāng)閥的允許壓差大于350KPa時，試驗壓力均按 350KPa做，小于350KPa時按允許壓差做；B試驗程序按閥的zui大工作壓差做。試驗信壓力應(yīng)確保閥于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。在A試驗程序時，氣開閥執(zhí)行機構(gòu)信壓力為零；氣閉閥執(zhí)行機構(gòu)信壓力為輸入信上限值加20KPa；兩位式閥執(zhí)行機構(gòu)信壓力應(yīng)為設(shè)計規(guī)定值。在B試驗程序時，執(zhí)行機構(gòu)的信壓力應(yīng)為設(shè)計規(guī)定值。試驗介質(zhì)應(yīng)按規(guī)定流向加入閥內(nèi)，閥出口可通大氣或連接出口通大氣的低壓頭損失的測量裝置，當(dāng)確認(rèn)閥和下游各連接管道*充滿介質(zhì)后方可測取泄漏。產(chǎn)品： ：
